Kay Jenkins
Kay Jenkins has been a Secretary with the Extension Service since 1987, and has seen many changes take place over the years. Kay works with the CEOS, 4-H, Agriculture, and the Nutrition Outreach Program. She is also very involved with the Buckwheat Festival.
